Malingichthys nimaiguensis

Taxonomy
Malingichthys nimaiguensis was named by Tintori et al. (2015). Its type specimen is GMPKU-P-3163, a skeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Layer 35, Nimaigu Village, Wusha Township, Xingyi, which is in a Longobardian marine limestone in the Falang Formation of China. It is the type species of Malingichthys.
