Eomys orientalis

Taxonomy
Eomys orientalis was named by Wang and Emry (1991). Its type specimen is IVPP V9554, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Saint-Jacques (IVPP Loc. 77049.2), which is in an Oligocene terrestrial horizon in the Wulanbulage Formation of China.
