Korth 2011High-crowned but rooted teeth (higher crowned than Basirepomys, Paronychomys, lower crowned than Repomys; see Table 1); short mesoloph forms small spur on posterior side of paracone on M1– M2; similar morphology of mesolophid, but developed to a lesser degree on the anterior of the entoconid of m1–m2; M3 nearly circular in outline with two obliquely oriented enamel lakes; ascending ramus of mandible rises posterior to m2, making nearly all of m3 visible laterally; masseteric scar on mandible ends anteriorly below level of mental foramen.
