type locality is actually 19480, but the occurrence was originally entered into PBDB as 19479, and I can't change it.

Taxonomy
Miotomodon mayi was named by Korth (2011). Its type specimen is UCMP 82668, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UCMP 2572, Pinole Junction Site 1, which is in a Hemphillian terrestrial horizon in the Pinole Tuff Formation of California.
