Dilophodelphis fordycei

Taxonomy
Dilophodelphis fordycei was named by Boersma et al. (2017). Its type specimen is USNM 214911 , a skull (skull with periotics, missing bullae), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Nye Beach, which is in a Burdigalian marine horizon in the Astoria Formation of Oregon. It is the type species of Dilophodelphis.
