Taxonomy
Ancylotherium hellenicum was named by Koufos (2012). Its type specimen is PNT-160, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Pentalophos 1, which is in a Vallesian terrestrial conglomerate/sandstone in the Nea Messimvria Formation of Greece.
