Acirsa nexilia

Taxonomy
Ceratia nexilia was named by White (1889). Its type specimen is USNM 20119a (lectotype) and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS loc. 405, Pentz Area, which is in a Campanian coastal siliciclastic in the Chico Formation of California.

It was recombined as Acirsa nexilia by Squires and Saul (2003).
