Hayenchelys germanus

Taxonomy
Urenchelys germanus was named by Hay (1903). It is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Hadjoula (Day collection, AMNH), which is in a Cenomanian carbonate limestone in Lebanon. It is the type species of Hayenchelys.

It was recombined as Hayenchelys germanus by Belouze et al. (2003).
