Chlororhysis knightensis

Taxonomy
Chlororhysis knightensis was named by Gazin (1958). Its type specimen is U.S.N.M. No. 21901, a mandible (left ramus of mandible with C-P4, inclusive), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is La Barge, which is in a Wasatchian terrestrial mudstone in the Wasatch Formation of Wyoming. It is the type species of Chlororhysis.

It was recombined as Loveina knightensis by Krishtalka and Schwartz (1978).
