Pangurban egiae
Taxonomy
Pangurban egiae was named by Poust et al. (2022). Its type specimen is SDSNH 60554,, a maxilla (right maxillary fragment with P3–P4), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Spring Canyon, which is in a Duchesnean terrestrial mudstone in the Pomerado Formation of California. It is the type species of Pangurban.
