M. K. Zapalski 2012Coralla small, fascicular or locally subcerioidal. Corallites in cross section cylindrical, polygonal when in contact. Epitheca thin, walls thick and very thick, often nearly closing the lumen. Tabulae numerous, deeply infundibuliform, sometimes incomplete forming in places dissepimental structure near the wall. Connecting tubuli present when corallites spaced, otherwise pores. Axial canal (syrinx) variable, thick- or thin-walled, centrally or peripherally placed. Septal spines in rows.
