Baculites perplexus
Taxonomy
Baculites perplexus was named by Cobban (1962). Its type specimen is USNM 108914 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is D255. 4.3 miles west-southwest of Continental Oil Co. refinery at Glenrock, which is in a Campanian offshore shale in the Steele Formation of Wyoming.
