Taxonomy
Eutamias bulleri was named by Miller and Rehn (1901) [named as Tamias asiaticus bulleri by Allen 1889; raised to species level]. It is extant.

It was recombined as Tamias bulleri by Piaggio and Spicer (2000); it was recombined as Neotamias bulleri by Piaggio and Spicer (2001).
