Alderblattina simmsi

Taxonomy
Alderblattina simmsi was named by Swaby et al. (2024). Its type specimen is BRSMG Cg2374/2375, a tegmen, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Alderton Hill (BRSMG collection), which is in a Falciferum marine limestone in the Whitby Mudstone Formation of the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Alderblattina.
