Taxonomy
Paralejurus tenuistriatus was named by Schraut and Feist (2004). Its type specimen is SMF 76676 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Jebel Oufatene, Tazoulait Fm., which is in an Emsian carbonate horizon in the Tazoulait Formation of Morocco.
