Taxonomy
Divocina polnoci was named by Vršanský (2024). Its type specimen is PIN 2784/957(=723), an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Karatau-Mikhailovka (PIN collection 2784), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large siltstone in the Karabastau Formation of Kazakhstan.
