Plioceros blicki
Taxonomy
Plioceros blicki was named by Frick (1937) [genotype]. Its type locality is Santa Cruz, which is in a Barstovian terrestrial horizon in the Tesuque Formation of New Mexico. It is the type species of Plioceros.
It was recombined as Sphenophalos blicki by Stirton (1938).
