Austinvillia virginica

Taxonomy
Austinvillia virginica was named by Resser (1938). Its type specimen is USNM 94742 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 23j. 1 mile northeast of Austinville, Max Meadows Quadrangle , which is in a Delamaran carbonate dolomite in the Shady Formation of Virginia. It is the type species of Austinvillia.
