Taxonomy
Pseudocylindrodon neglectus was named by Burke (1935) [genotype]. Its type locality is Pipestone Springs, which is in a Chadronian terrestrial claystone in the Renova Formation of Montana. It is the type species of Pseudocylindrodon.
