Carcharhinus collatus

Taxonomy
Carcharias collata was named by Eastman (1904). It is not extant. Its type locality is Plum Point, south, Zone 10, which is in a Langhian estuary/bay sandstone in the Calvert Formation of Maryland.

It was recombined as Carcharhinus collatus by Pledge (1967).
