Laeogyra reinwaldti
Taxonomy
Clisospira reinwaldti was named by Öpik (1930). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is "Clisospira" reinwaldti type section, which is in an Uhaku shallow subtidal limestone in the Kõrgekallas Formation of Estonia.
It was recombined as Mimospira reinwaldti by Rõõmusoks (1970); it was recombined as Catalanispira reinwaldti by Ebbestad et al. (2021); it was recombined as Laeogyra reinwaldti by Wängberg-Eriksson (1979), Frisk and Ebbestad (2007) and Wagner (2023).
It was recombined as Mimospira reinwaldti by Rõõmusoks (1970); it was recombined as Catalanispira reinwaldti by Ebbestad et al. (2021); it was recombined as Laeogyra reinwaldti by Wängberg-Eriksson (1979), Frisk and Ebbestad (2007) and Wagner (2023).
