Protomoropus gabuniai

Taxonomy
Hyracotherium gabuniai was named by Hooker and Dashzeveg (2004). Its type specimen is PSS.20-55, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. It is the type species of Protomoropus.

It was recombined as Orientolophus gabuniai by Ting (1993) and Ting (1998); it was recombined as Protomoropus gabuniai by Hooker and Dashzeveg (2004).
