Ekaltadeta ima

Taxonomy
Ekaltadeta ima was named by Archer and Flannery (1985). Its type specimen is QM F12423, a mandible (left dentary containing P2, P3, M1-2, M4, lingual side of M3 and alveolus of I1), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Gag Site, which is in a Langhian/Serravallian lacustrine carbonate in Australia. It is the type species of Ekaltadeta.
