Bishara backa
Taxonomy
Bishara backa was named by Nessov (1997). Its type specimen is CCMGE 240/12177, a set of vertebrae (incomplete atlantal centrum), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Baibishe, which is in a Santonian/Campanian terrestrial horizon in the Bostobe Formation of Kazakhstan. It is the type species of Bishara.
