Taxonomy
Terebratula julica was named by Bittner (1890).

It was recombined as Dielasma julicum by Krumbeck (1924), Smith (1927); it was recombined as Coenothyris julica by Awad (1945); it was recombined as Tibetothyris julica by Jin et al. (1976).
