Lepidocyclus oblongus
Taxonomy
Lepidocyclus oblongus was named by Howe (1966). It is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Cape (Fernvale), Cape Girardeau, which is in an Edenian/Maysvillian carbonate limestone in the Cape Limestone Formation of Missouri.
