Chomatopyge falcata
Taxonomy
Chomatopyge falcata was named by Whittington and Evitt (1953). It is not extant. Its type specimen is USNM 116500. Its type locality is Loc. 3. south side of road, 0.2 mile east of Strasburg Junction, which is in a Turinian carbonate limestone in the Edinburg Formation of Virginia. It is the type species of Chomatopyge.
