Spheniscus muizoni
Taxonomy
Spheniscus muizoni was named by Gohlich (2007). Its type specimen is MNHN PPI 147, a partial skeleton, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Cerro la Bruja, which is in a Miocene offshore shelf siltstone in the Pisco Formation of Peru.
