Ortalis tantala

Taxonomy
Ortalis tantala was named by Wetmore (1933). Its type specimen is H. C. 498, a limb element (distal end of right tibio-tarsus), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Agate Springs Quarries, which is in a Harrisonian channel sandstone in the Marsland Formation of Nebraska.
