Copidens browni
Taxonomy
Copidens browni was named by Pojeta and Gilbert-Tomlinson (1977) [Dysodonta? sp. Hill, Playford & Woods 1969 pl. 0 I f. 21]. Its type specimen is COC 15595, a shell, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Locality 90. NT 242. 2.4 kilometers southeast of No. 8 Dam, 8.3 kilometers north of Coolibah Yard, Toko Range, which is in a Darriwilian carbonate limestone/sandstone in the Nora Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Copidens.
