Cassidaria minbuensis was named by Noetling (1895) [DISTRIBUTION: Oligocene-Miocene; Myanmar.]. It is not a trace fossil.
It was recombined as Oniscidia minbuensis by Noetling (1901); it was recombined as Cyrtochetus (Loxotaphrus) minbuensis by Vredenburg (1921); it was recombined as Cyrtochetus (Loscotaphrus) minbuensis by Vredenburg (1923).
