Drillia sacra was named by Reeve (1845) [DISTRIBUTION: Pliocene-Recent; Indian Ocean.]. It is extant.

It was recombined as Brachytoma sacra by Eames (1950); it was recombined as Tylotiella sacra by Hendy (2007).
