Anourosorex oblongus
Taxonomy
Anourosorex oblongus was named by Storch and Qiu (1991). Its type specimen is IVVP V 9735, a mandible (sin. with m1-m3), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Lufeng, Section D, Layer 6, which is in a Turolian terrestrial lignite in China.

Anterior occlusal outline of P4 squared, not acute. M1 legthened mesiodistally, with exaggerated parastyle and subdued mesostyle. Lower molars without entocristid and without of with faintly indicated labial cingulid. |
