Megacricetodon rafaeli
Taxonomy
Megacricetodon rafaeli was named by Daams and Freudenthal (1988). Its type specimen is IVAU ARM7 1320, a tooth (M1 sup. sin.), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Armantes, which is in a Miocene terrestrial horizon in Spain.
