Nordospira hennigsmoeni
Taxonomy
Nordospira hennigsmoeni was named by Yochelson (1966). Its type specimen is Nr. A-29778, a shell, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Festningen section, Unit 13, which is in a Leonardian marine limestone in the Assistance Formation of Svalbard and Jan Mayen. It is the type species of Nordospira.
