Trigonotreta semicircularis
Taxonomy
Trigonotreta semicircularis was named by Shen et al. (2000). Its type specimen is NIGP 130936, a valve (Ventral valve), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Dingjiazhai, Member B, Baoshan Block, which is in a Sakmarian marine mudstone/siltstone in the Dingjiazhai Formation of China.
It was recombined as Simplicisulcus semicircularis by Waterhouse (2004).
