Tadarida rusingae
Taxonomy
Tadarida rusingae was named by Arroyo-Cabrales et al. (2002). Its type specimen is KNM-RU14357, a skull (almost complete cranium with right P2-M3 and left I1-M3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is R114 Proconsul site, which is in a Burdigalian floodplain siltstone in the Kiahera Formation of Kenya.
