Arctitreta crassimurus

Taxonomy
Streptorhynchus crassimurus was named by Thomas (1958). Its type specimen is CPC 1407, a valve (Ventral valve), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is BMR KNF73, Bruten's Old Yard, Cherrabun Station, which is in an Artinskian open shallow subtidal limestone in the Noonkanbah Formation of Australia.

It was recombined as Grumantia crassimurus by Waterhouse (1982); it was recombined as Arctitreta crassimurus by Clapham (2015).
