Hubeiodus ziguiensis
Taxonomy
Hubeiodus ziguiensis was named by Shang et al. (2008). Its type specimen is IVPP V15142, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Guizhou, Zigui (Bed 2), which is in a Jurassic lacustrine mudstone/siltstone in the Xietan Formation of China. It is the type species of Hubeiodus.
