Sinopterus dongi
Taxonomy
Sinopterus dongi was named by Wang and Zhou (2002). Its type specimen is IVPP V13363, a skeleton (Nearly complete skeleton), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Lamagou, Dongdadao, Chaoyang, which is in an Aptian lacustrine horizon in the Jiufotang Formation of China.
