Megawhaitsia patrichae
Taxonomy
Megawhaitsia patrichae was named by Ivakhnenko (2008). Its type specimen is PIN 1100/101, a maxilla (right maxillary bone), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Vyazniki Localities, PIN 1100, which is in a Vyatkian floodplain sandstone/claystone in the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Megawhaitsia.
