S. de Valais 2011 | Quadrupedal trackways with symmetric manus and pes impressions, with the manus impressions located medial to, and usually in contact with, the pes prints. Both manus and pes prints are longer than wide, with the pes nearly twice the size of the manus. Manus imprints are tridactyl or tetradactyl, have subparallel digit impressions, and are nearly rhomboid in outline, with the major axis almost parallel to the midline. Pes prints are tridactyl and display outward rotation from midline; digit impressions are robust and show low divarication angles. Digit III is the longest. Digital pads are absent. The trackway is relatively wide, with high pace angulation for both manus and pedes. |
