Taxonomy

Baculites (Lechites) yokoyamai was named by Tokunga and Shimizu (1926). It is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Baculites yokoyamai by Cobban and Hook (1983), Kennedy and Cobban (1988), Summesberger (1992), Sealey and Lucas (2011), Sealey and Lucas (2011), Sealey and Lucas (2019).
