Taxonomy
Paratritemnodon jandewalensis was named by Thewissen et al. (2001). Its type specimen is H-GSP 96140, a tooth (left lower molar), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Jandewala Nala, which is in a Lutetian terrestrial horizon in the Kuldana Formation of Pakistan.
