Diorocetus chichibuensis
Taxonomy
Diorocetus chichibuensis was named by Yoshida et al. (2003). Its type specimen is SMNH-VeF-68, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chichibu, which is in a Burdigalian/Langhian reef, buildup or bioherm horizon in the Nagura Formation of Japan.
