Taxonomy
Wilkingia androsovi was named by Guskov (1984). Its type specimen is PIN 520/11570, a valve (Right valve), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chernaya River, Lekvorkuta Svita, Pechora Basin, which is in a Kungurian marine siliciclastic in the Lekvorkuta Formation of the Russian Federation.
