Aporemaspis pholidata

Taxonomy
Aporemaspis pholidata was named by Elliot and Loeffler (1989). Its type specimen is NMC 34010, a skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Read Bay, Cornwallis Island [Snowblind Bay Fm], which is in a Lochkovian marine conglomerate in the Snowblind Formation of Canada. It is the type species of Aporemaspis.
