Taxonomy
Cyclas claibornensis was named by Conrad (1865). It is a 3D body fossil. It is the type species of Miltha (Plastomiltha).
It was recombined as Lucina claibornensis by Harris (1919); it was recombined as Miltha (Plastomiltha) claibornensis by Stewart (1930); it was recombined as Plastomiltha claibornensis by Vokes (1969).
