Tawa hallae

Taxonomy
Tawa hallae was named by Nesbitt et al. (2009). Its type specimen is GR 241, a skeleton (Nearly complete but disarticulated skull and postcranium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Hayden Quarry, Ghost Ranch (site 2), which is in a Norian coarse channel fill conglomerate/siltstone in the Chinle Formation of New Mexico.
