Taxonomy
Divaricella comis was named by Olsson (1964). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cueva de Angostura [Angostura Fm], which is in a Miocene shallow subtidal sandstone/conglomerate in the Angostura Formation of Ecuador.
